If you haven't yet checked out a Rebecca Minkoff handbag, you don't know what you're missing! Rebecca Minkoff is perhaps the hottest fashion designer to come along in a long time. Rebecca lived in obscurity until her big break back in 2001 shortly after 9/11. Rebecca's family friend, Jenna Elfman appeared on The Tonight Show wearing an "I Love New York" shirt that Rebecca had designed for her. Jay asked Jenna about the shirt and the rest is history. Following that night Rebecca was so busy designing shirts that she had to quit her job and start her own line of clothing.
After initially designing clothing, Rebecca Minkoff transitioned into designing handbags at the request of again, Jenna Elfman. Rebecca agreed to make a bag for a movie that Jenna would star in and thus was born "The Morning After Bag". This began her focus more on creating designer handbags, however she still does maintain a clothing line as well.
The Morning After Bag could possibly be one of the most sought after bags to come along in a while. Currently you can find a Rebecca Minkoff Morning After Bag on the shoulders of stars like Vanessa Hudgens, Hayden Panettiere and Lindsay Lohan.
If you aren't already the proud owner of a Morning After Bag or know very little about Rebecca Minkoff bags, you can take comfort in knowing that her bags are crafted with the finest Italian leather and display a tremendous attention to detail. It's this quality that has allowed Rebecca Minkoff bags explode in popularity in the past year.
The Morning After Bag is named appropriately for its use. Prior to a late night out with the girls, you can stash a few things that you may need in the morning without bringing along an extra suitcase. The Morning After Bag is big enough to store your make-up, toiletries, a change of clothing and other unmentionables to get you out the door in the morning looking somewhat presentable. With handles that can easily slide over your shoulder, this bag is perfect for an overnight trip or late night partying.
Now, as for your fashion budget, this bag fits somewhere in the middle between outrageously expensive and department store off-the-rack handbags. Of course if you're like everyone else, you will want to look around for the best deal. Just because style is important to you doesn't mean it has to break the bank.
